Company: Major JSE listed public Oil and Gas company present in over 20 countries and export products to over 30 more countries, mostly in Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands

Key accountabilities:

- Operations management
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Information Management
- Quality insurance
- Review and approval of Project Proposals

Key Purpose:
Financial Indirect Control
Internal Customer Management
Good Governance in terms of enforcing the implementation of applicable procedures and guidelines and affect to the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements
Communicate, interpret and adhere to the organisation's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) policies and Zero Tolerance (ZeTo) rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations and the company's compliance to industrial requirements
Enforce the implementation of applicable internal procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard the organisation's interest, image and reputation.
Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instil high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence
Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the organisational policies and provisions of the Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE), Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
Minimum requirements

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Business Analytics or ideal OR in any OTHER Discipline)
- 4 years' experience in Call Centre environment
- 2 years' experience in Supervisory/ Team Leader level
- 2 - 4 years Project Management experience
- 2 years Call Centre Operations Management
- 2 - 4 years in Process Improvement Design
- 2 - 4 Years Business Analysis
