Tech Eng (advantageous) Skills & Experience: Heat load calculations and detailed design of HVAC and Medical GasProjects experience in hospitals and clinicsRunning projects from inception to close outSetting up budgets and preparation of technical reportsPreparation tender documentationClient interaction and have the ability to negotiate professional fees Must have own transportMinimum 5-8 years’ experience in a consulting environmentMinimum 8 years’ experience in HVAC Design in the property industry Job Description:You will be responsible for the projects from inception to close out. Responsible for running meetings, design concepts and the design of HVAC and Medical Gas projects. Other duties will include detailed heat load calculation, setting up budgets and compile technical reports. You need to have great client interfacing skills along with fee negotiating and tendering experience. Development of full tenders design. Must have own transport.
