Listed Engineering company requires costing administrator for their earthmoving equipment division. Main purpose of the job is to assist the Workshop Manger with closing and opening of work orders as well as generating the orders for the workshop.

Main duties will include:

- Opening of job cards for National, Export, Used
- Preparing jobs for the Foreman to close
- Closing of all internal job cards including warranty, PDI, rework and inter-company sales
- Loading costs onto job cards such as labour, travel, consumables or oils
- Invoicing of revenue jobs
- Pulling invoices for accounts or the Foreman
- Assist the accounts department with customer queries
- Posting of the invoices to customers
- Printing reports
- Credits and re-invoicing
- Quotations processed through SAP
- Assisting with purchasing
- Filing

Required qualifications and experience:

- Minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have experience on SAP, ideally at least 5 years' experience
- Experience in sales or a workshop environment is essential
- The suitable candidate will be hardworking and able to handle pressure especially at month end
