Professional Emergency Care

Professional Emergency Care is an accredited training institution with the South African Maritime Safety Authority, Department of Labour and offers American Heart Association accredited courses. Emergency Care is a very practical subject and can only be learnt with hands on instruction. Our training courses are run in a relaxed environment where good theoretical and practical learning takes place at the pace of the students.  Our instructors all hold internationally recognised resuscitation instructor qualifications; they are all registered Health Care Professionals (HPCSA), with years of practical hands on experience as health care providers. This practical “on the road” experience enables our instructors to draw from real life situations, making the training exciting, practical and applicable.

We offer a whole range of courses we, from CPR for lay-people covering Adult, Child and Infant CPR and Choking in just a few hours of training, all the levels of first aid, to advanced courses in trauma and resuscitation for health care providers and seafarers. Some of these are CPD compliant.
